Customs

All custom orders will be discussed first and once agreed upon, added here to the website.

Payment for custom orders must be paid upfront; this is so I can order in the required materials. You may choose to pay a deposit, which is 50% of the order value, please note the order turn around will start once the FINAL BALANCE has been paid, which will be 6 weeks (unless agreed otherwise)

Your order is not confirmed until payment/deposit has been made.

No discount codes can be used on custom orders.

If your order value is over £75, you will have the option to upgrade your post and packaging to special next day delivery - this covers lost packages for over the £75 value. Tracked 24 & 48 hour only covers up to the value of £75. If the item goes missing or is damaged and you have chosen the tracked 24/48 you understand that you will only covered for up to  £75 & no more.
