Special Customs

If your order value is over £75 please use the “SPECIAL CUSTOM DELIVERY” option. Royal Mail only cover up to £75 with standard tracking, they charge £10+ for higher value items. If standard delivery is selected, and the parcel goes missing or gets damaged please note you will only be covered for £75 and no more.

All custom orders will be discussed first and once agreed upon, added here to the website.

Payment for custom orders must be paid upfront; this is so I can order in the required materials. You may choose to pay a deposit, which is 50% of the order value, please note the order turn around will start once the FINAL BALANCE has been paid, which will be 6-8 weeks (unless agreed otherwise)

Your order is not confirmed until payment/deposit has been made.

No discount codes can be used on special custom orders.
