How long will my order take?

Current orders are 6-8 weeks turn around due to the busy Christmas orders.

Any ready made items will be listed for sale and despatched within 1 week.

What are my shipping options?

Items will be sent using Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48 hours.

You will receive an email when your item has been shipped and you will be able to track your item. Please note any delays with Royal Mail is out of my control.

postal times are not included in the turn around. At present I can only post once at the weekends.

I need to edit my order, how do I do that?

 

If you have made a mistake with your order or need to add anything on that may have been missed, please contact me via email within 72 hours.

My item has arrived, but it doesn’t fit, can I can I return or get a refund?

As items are made to order, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges, unless faulty. If the item is faulty please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the parcel.

Please make sure you have checked the size charts against each item, if you have any questions about sizing you can contact me.

What fabrics do you use?

I mainly use vintage sourced fabrics and because of this there may be some signs of wear, I try to use the best of the fabric. Sometimes, this isn’t always possible, so please bare this in mind when ordering.

 

Safety

Thread & Roo products are not suitable for children to sleep in or to be left unsupervised. Small items such as buttons are hand sewn and may become loose over time.

Clearpay 

 

Please use Clearpay responsibly. Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks. You must be 18+ and a permanent UK resident (excl Channel Islands). T&Cs and other eligibility criteria apply.

Ensure you can make repayments on time. Clearpay charges a £6 late fee for each late instalment and a further £6 if it’s still unpaid 7 days later. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £36 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Missed payments may affect your ability to use Clearpay in the future and they may pass unpaid debt to a debt collection agency.
